RoboPech is a cannabis menu data website run by Daniel Pechal. It helps PA MMJ patients compare dispensary menus using publicly available menu data. By making an account or using RoboPech, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Who can use RoboPech

• You must be 21 or older. Making an account means you’re confirming that you are.
• You’re responsible for following Pennsylvania’s medical marijuana laws (and the laws wherever you are). Using RoboPech doesn’t make anyone a patient or let anyone buy cannabis.
• Access is by invite or approval for now. I can approve, pause or remove access at any time.

Your account

• One account per person, signed in with your own Google account. Keep your Google account secure, since anyone in it can get into your RoboPech account.
• Pick a username that isn’t a slur, hateful, sexual, or pretending to be someone else (including RoboPech or a dispensary). I can change or remove a username that breaks this.
• You can delete your account any time from your Settings page.

Not medical advice

RoboPech’s suggestions come from published menu and lab data and common terpene and cannabinoid associations. They aren’t medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. Talk to a dispensary pharmacist, budtender or your doctor about what’s right for you.

Menu data can be wrong

• Menus are pulled from dispensaries’ public websites and can be out of date or have mistakes. Prices, stock, THC, terpenes, weights and deals can change at any time.
• The dispensary’s own menu and the product label are always the final word. Check them before you buy.
• Distances and hours are estimates.

RoboPech doesn’t sell cannabis

RoboPech only shows and compares menu data. It never sells, holds or delivers cannabis products, and it isn’t owned by, partnered with or paid by any dispensary or brand. Anything you buy is between you and the dispensary, under its own rules and policies. Product names, brand names and photos belong to their owners.

Using RoboPech fairly

Please don’t:

• Scrape, crawl, bulk download or copy RoboPech’s data, results or pages, by bot or by hand.
• Copy, reverse-engineer or rebuild RoboPech, its recommendation system or its design.
• Resell, republish or use RoboPech’s data or results for business purposes.
• Try to break into, overload, test the security of, or get around any limit on the site, or get into anyone else’s account.
• Share your account, make extra accounts to get around a limit, or use RoboPech for anything illegal.
• Send spam, threats or abuse through the Bug Report page or anywhere else on the site.

Found a security problem? Please tell me through the Bug Report page instead of poking at it.

Who owns what

The RoboPech name, logo, look, write-ups, code and the way it picks and ranks strains belong to Daniel Pechal. You can use the site for your own personal shopping, nothing more. Menu data belongs to the dispensaries it comes from, and the sources for RoboPech’s write-ups are listed on the Resources page.

Alpha test mode

RoboPech is in alpha. Bugs and issues are to be expected. Features can change, move, break or go away, and the site can be offline at times. I’ll do my best to keep your saved stuff safe, but I can’t promise it will always be there.

Paid features

RoboPech is currently free to use, because I believe the data it provides should benefit everyone. If growing traffic raises the cost of running and maintaining the site, RoboPech may move to a Free/Pro model, where some features or limits (such as the number of searches or alerts) become part of a paid plan. Prices and terms will always be shown before you pay, and nothing will be charged without you choosing it. Accounts created during RoboPech’s Alpha and Beta tests are guaranteed full access for life, with no payment ever required. If your profile has an Alpha or Beta tag and you’re ever asked to pay, please send a bug report, and you have my word it will be fixed. Your data and feedback help shape the site for the future!

Links to other sites

Menu links open the dispensary’s own website. RoboPech isn’t responsible for those sites, what’s on them or what happens there.

Ending access

If someone breaks these terms or puts the site or its users at risk, I can pause or remove their account, with or without warning. You can stop using RoboPech and delete your account whenever you want.

No guarantees

RoboPech is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any promises that it’s accurate, complete, always online or free of errors. As far as the law allows, Daniel Pechal isn’t responsible for any loss or harm from using RoboPech or relying on its data, including money spent, products bought, or how a product affects you. If he is ever found responsible anyway, it’s limited to what you paid to use RoboPech in the past 12 months (right now, $0).

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute about RoboPech will be handled in the state or federal courts of Pennsylvania.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top will change too. Keep using RoboPech after a change and you’re agreeing to the new version. For a big change, you may be asked to agree again.
